The South India shuttlecock tournament for schools is currently underway at SRM Engineering College, Chennai. In an intense match, Pallapatti Higher Secondary School students secured a hard-fought victory against the Vellore district school team with scores of 35-32 and 35-27. This win qualifies our team for the pre-quarter final stage of the competition.
The tournament’s opening ceremony featured Mr. Kadhar Maideen, a former shuttlecock player of our school, who now represents SRM Engineering College and Chennai University. He officially introduced the teams and inaugurated the event, inspiring our players and spectators alike.
