The third state-level football competition for the Vel Football Club in 2024–2025 took place at NRM Metric School in Thanthoni Malai’s Karur district. This highly competitive tournament, which featured 16 teams from throughout the state, was an exciting demonstration of talent and sportsmanship.
The football team from our school shown exceptional skill, perseverance, and teamwork during two days of intense competition. Their strategic gameplay and unwavering attitude earned them second place, an amazing achievement that has significantly raised awareness of our institution.
The team and their coaches deserve our congratulations at the PHSS Alumni Association for this outstanding achievement. Their unwavering commitment and diligence have inspired us all in addition to delivering laurels to our school.
This is without a doubt the first of many victories to come. The entire alumni community is joining together to celebrate this achievement and encourage their further success. Let’s toast to many more triumphs and more outstanding athletic performances!
