1. Introduction

Welcome to the Pallapatti Higher Secondary School Alumni Association. By becoming a member, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. The primary aim of the Alumni Association is to foster a lifelong connection between alumni and the Pallapatti Higher Secondary School (PHSS), supporting both the alumni community and current students. The PHSS Alumni Association is registered as a trust with the Tamil Nadu Government.

2. Use of Alumni Data

2.1 Communication: We will use the data provided by alumni to communicate information related to alumni events, activities, and initiatives.

2.2 Guidance for Current Students: Alumni contact information may be used to facilitate mentorship and guidance programs for current students at PHSS.

3. Donations

3.1 Purpose of Donations: All donations received by the Alumni Association will be exclusively used for:

Organizing events for alumni and current students. Providing scholarships and financial aid to deserving students. Supporting other approved activities that directly benefit PHSS students and alumni.

3.2 Restrictions on Use: Donations will not be used for the construction of buildings or any infrastructure projects. Additionally, funds are strictly for the use of PHSS and cannot be allocated to any other entity.

4. Governance

4.1 Treasurer and Authorities: The treasurer and all key authorities managing Alumni Association funds and operations must be alumni of PHSS. Individuals affiliated with any other social societies are not eligible for these positions.

4.2 Transparency and Accountability: The Alumni Association commits to transparent management of all funds and activities. Regular reports on financial status and the impact of donations will be made available to all members.

5. Membership

5.1 Eligibility: Membership is open to all individuals who have attended Pallapatti Higher Secondary School.

5.2 Responsibilities of Members: Members are expected to support the objectives of the Alumni Association, participate in activities and events, and uphold the reputation of both PHSS and the Alumni Association.

6. Privacy

6.1 Data Protection: The Alumni Association is committed to protecting the privacy of its members. Personal information will be securely stored and only used for the purposes outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

6.2 Consent: By providing your contact information, you consent to its use in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

7. Amendments

The Alumni Association reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions as necessary. Members will be notified of any significant changes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PHSS is located.
